This section is dedicated to the helpful tidbits of information and reminders about Rivermill.  It is designed to help our community be a friendlier place to live.  Feel free to use it as a handy reference.

• New Residents Fee:  All new residents are responsible for one-time-fee of $250.00 for Country Glen, and $150 for Rivermill (this includes renters) which covers the costs for the transfer of paperwork, coupons, 2 bar codes, a copy of the bylaws, a welcome package, administrative costs and miscellaneous requirements that are imposed by others.
• The Clubhouse can be rented for a nominal fee.  A deposit check in the amount of $500.00 is required.  This check is not cashed and is returned provided no damages and appropriate clean-up.
• Anything done to the outside of your home must be approved first.
• If you walk your dog, you must pick up the waste or be fined $50.00
• Hide Basketball hoops when not in use
• Trailers and commercial vehicles must be parked in garage
• Keep noise to a minimum prior to 9am & after 10pm
• The Fining Committee will begin issuing fines for vehicles parked on the lawn.  Residents that do not adhere will have their vehicle towed.
• All residents should make sure that their lawns and trees are fertilized and watered as needed.  Lawns that are brown are unattractive to our beautiful community.  Fines will be issued.
• Please remember to keep your garage door closed during the day, unless you are working in the yard.
