Located behind the Clubhouse the Pool is accessible to all Rivermill
Residents. Pool water is heated and kept at a comfortable
temperature throughout the year. |

 Parks
There are 3 parks in Rivermill, 2 Passive parks located at opposite ends
of the community. The central park located next to the clubhouse
boasts the larger play areas with a picnic area, volleyball, basketball
court and large playfield with soccer nets. |

 Fitness
Center
Located just off of the Clubhouse, the fitness room has modern training
equipment including a multi-station weight machine, treadmill,
stationary bicycle and TV to help you pass the time. |
